So sick I can't even talk without causing insane pain. Forced to work despite not being able to talk. Constant headaches that's caused 3 nights of less than 4 hours sleep and constant blood noses when working. All of that has made be rather weak and not all with it but according to my boss its still not a reason to take a sick day. I can't go to the doctors till my day off on Sunday.

Almost passed out. I always had trouble staying balanced but now I have to use my last bits of strength to keep me upright.
