Today I have finally mastered the hate emotion, the devil within oneself. It's a strong emotion but at the same time when expressed unhealthy or incorrectly can lead a person to their own demise. When expressed in a healthy way the person will gain much more than its toll. I got to learn this because of my vacation to the nature, it's really worth it!
