Like Kami mentioned, it becomes easier (or at least more manageable) once you've built up a bit of momentum. Even if it's just a little thing here and there, the little things help.

I guess I'm just going through a bit of an existential crisis. I'm just looking around myself and I don't like where my life has ended up. Looking back, I wonder if it's all been worth it. I haven't done anything worth while, and its frustrating how I'm still freezing up now.

Don't make hasty choices though.
Start on the little things like classes, and build up from there.
If you leave it, it just gets worse.

I know how you feel plenair. I was in a similar situation the past couple years. I toned way back on school, now I'm only taking 2 classes this semester, and it's definitely helping. I've still got some shit to deal with and kinda stressed obviously but it is way more manageable. Not sure how many classes and stuff you have but maybe taking less could help.

Went to the Doctor today after I woke up and could barely breathe or get water down.

They told me not to worry and then I was put in a chair and deeply penetrated [by a needle]. It hurt at first but then I could feel [the blood] coming out!

They said they'd be in touch [about the blood sample results].
