Re-read my briefing paper on the surgery just minutes ago. I haven't checked this thing in months.

Turns out I was supposed to not use contacts for 2 weeks on the eye the surgery is being done.

Whoops.

Also noticed that it says vision may be fucked for up to 3 months afterwards. I thought I just wasn't allowed to use contacts for 4-6 weeks after so it heals properly. Straining with one eye for that long is gonna bite me in the butt, so I hope it doesn't take that long.

Probably. I think it's to make the eye less irritated. I'll go without a contact on it tomorrow at least so the eye gets a one day break at least before it's surgery time.

Gonna give myself a haircut now, since it's gonna be hard in the following months. And things have already gone past messy into permanent bad hair day no matter what you do.
