i applied for a job as a security guard a couple nights ago, the next morning 2 people from that company called and talked to me at length. they seemed to really like me and were impressed with my resume, everything is going really quickly! i faxed them a bunch of papers yesterday and met with one of them today at a hotel before his flight back to maryland, and filled out some papers/tests and he said he'd email me some more to mail in and he was like "wow you're the first one to get all the grammar/spelling questions right!" which i think was pretty sad because it was very easy, but at least he was impressed. i'm excited, though it may take several months to get my security clearance but once i have that it will help me get a lot of good jobs in the future. it's quite a difference in pay so i really hope they will hire me, sure sounds like they will though
