Every step of the way. Almost one hour was spent on the "Welcome" loading portion after signing in (and just getting to the sign in screen itself took ages). After that, the few on-boot programs I have took forever, and I mean FOREVER to load. I tried various things like opening the explorer to look at files and opening the task manager, that took like 10 minutes. Then it took 30 minutes to load 90mb of video, and a couple of jpgs.
Then after 2 hours and 10 minutes in total something just went 'click' and everything started running and loading at a "tolerable speed". 200mb video files take like 30 seconds to open now, and jpgs anywhere between 10 to 20 seconds depending on size. Before this Firefox refused to open as well.
I experienced the same thing yesterday but nowhere near this extreme.
I did get an error message when I pushed the power button about how my primary drive with windows on it may be failing and how I should start backing up my files, so I bet that's the cause.
This old thing should be dead, but its giving its all in this time of trouble to keep me from being completely computerless
