I liked that one oli. Never heard the normal song before but it's pretty catchy. Feels like a song I could use as a alarm to wake up since it has a good happy vibe to it.  Cool work!

I just listened to the original song and I totally like your one more.  Has more of a playful sound if that makes any sense to you.

Here's an idea for something I kind of roughly threw together. The epiano part is a rough idea for what the vocal line would be so it would eventually be replaced by that. It's pretty rough rn but I'm gunna send it to my friend who plays guitar and drums to see if he wants to try and make something out of it with me.

Friend messed around with it and realized if he plays it faster it has a lofi surf rock type sound. Sounds kinda like Wavves, I'm gunna start working on some vocals.
