Looks like my back fan is busted (sounds like a blender and I cleaned it fully just a week ago). I removed it, sure enough no dust, and while trying to give it a spin with my finger to see if maybe I attached it to the ceiling of the box the load might be lighter, I cut myself.

So yeah I'm gonna grab some new fans. I'm upgrading my toaster in a couple of months anyway.
