Wow Tweaker went and got all broken after I patched it and closed it a few hours ago.

Keeps asking me to resume an interrupted patch now when I boot it and when I try to do that it just freezes.

I still have no clue what PSE burst does or how to trigger it. I had the quest for triggering one until lvl 27 when I decided to abandon it because it just wasn't going to happen.

you build the gauge a little every time you kill something and they emit a those pillars of light

so basically you just have to kill a lot of stuff in a short amount of time to keep the gauge up. the more people you have, the easier it will be to trigger. so multi-party areas are your best bet

Oh okay. I actually did manage to trigger one shortly after I switched back to Partizan.

...Which was right after abandoning the quest.
