I'm only on Steam these days to play a game
Speaking of which, bought and gave Grim Dawn a spin yesterday.
It's a nice ARPG so far, only a few hours in though.
From what I can tell, it seems pretty generic, but it has a nice atmosphere. Supposedly made by 8 people on a shoestring budget.
Here's some things I've taken notice of:
You pick male or female at the start, then pick your class on your first level up. No face customization, and no class specific look.
It doesn't seem to use a randomized world, and the world feels much, much less like a bunch of open fields
You can
rotate the cameraYou get multiple skill points per character level (3, tutorial window says it will eventually go down to 2 and then 1 though)
You get to pick a second class at lvl 10, multiclassing is not mandatory though, and you can wait to make your choice
Each class has its own level which you raise by spending a skill point (so if you want skills further out in the skill tree, you need to invest in the class level first)
8 different classes, but each one doesn't seem to have that many skill options on its own
You can get skills from equipment, there seems to be gems you can enchant gear with too that will also make it bestow a skill
