I had some Queal today for the first time
It tasted like oatmeal despite being supposed to be a peanut and chocolate flavored type. Not unpleasant, just unexpected. I hear soylent has a bit of a sweetness to it, this does not.
DId the reccomended powder to water ratio, turned out quite thick, which was nice. I half expected a soup filled with clumped up powder lumps.
Was surprisingly filling, felt like I'd had a decent meal and I didn't get hungry again for several hours as if I had eaten normally
Overall I think I could have this as my primary source of food no problem, supplementing with salads and fruits of course
Gonna try to have it every day for a week, see how it goes!
