Step 1: Download and install VASSAL (http://www.vassalengine.org/)
Step 2: Download BaHotH Module 2.0 and open it in VASSAL (http://www.vassalengine.org/wiki/Module:Betrayal_At_House_On_The_Hill)
Step 3: Find some friends who you want to play with
Step 4: Make a name and password and look for games online.
Step 5: Make a new room or join the API room already existing.
Step 6: Play!!.

I have no idea what this is, and it doesn't look very cute so I'm a bit skeptical.

You can play as little girls in it.

You play a group of explorers going through a house, until an ancient evil awakens, turns one person into a traitor, who then tries to kill the others with the help of a random demon, monster, or ghost, while the others try to survive and destroy the evil.
