i applied to a job like that at UPS i think but didn't even get an interview

packaging goods and lifting boxes is pretty good as far as work goes

just enough variation and thought required so you don't go brain dead but simple enough so you don't tire yourself out too much

I just look at the label, but everything is identified with number codes. So it takes a bit more alertness to check.

I don't feel more muscular, but I got more stamina
