I never really thought about my role models.
I think all the slacker characters in anime influenced me though
It's ironic, since many of those stories were about those characters developing and becoming better people

I never remember looking up to any real life people though.

As a kid the green ranger had a huge effect on me. I thought he was cool as shit because he was this mysterious new kid at school you knew little about, but outside school could beat the shit out of all the power rangers with ease all by himself unlike anything else in that show could before. He captivated me to the point where I would only wear green, consume green foods and drinks (Surgeeeee) and I would grow my hair out like him.

But then he became friends with the red ranger and turned all gay so I made my mom throw away all my power rangers toys and I moved on to wrestling as my new obsession.

Merlin had a huge impact on my life. :sparkle:

Biggie was also an inspiration!

You thought power rangers were gay, and moved on to wrestling? Bubblecat, I...

Green/White Ranger was cool, but Black Ranger (Zack) was always my favourite.

Gay in the uncool slang way, wrestling then was more about hitting each other with chairs and lighting each other on fire than it was about actual wrestling so it was way more rad to a young me than the lame stuff in PR after Tommy converted.

Zack SUX but his zord was kinda cool.

It's usually been just miscellaneous teachers, instructors, professors.

If I were to think of a fictional source, it would probably be Ikkyu.

Frank Zappa was probably my biggest influence. He changed not only the way I think about life, but music as a whole.

Roidmudes can totally be rolemodels so it actually works out.

I never had a role model growing up. I decided I had to become my own. Someone my kid could look up to, if I ever managed have a one.
