See those green things attached to his back? Each piece is a container with a high power beam rifle stored within. These can act as bits and fire independently or the rifle inside can be taken out and used manually. He has 10, with an option 14, of these.
See those green panels on the body? Hatches. For 76 missiles launchers stored inside.

If you take out all the missiles, replace those shitty panels with real armor, and take off the 14 shitty gun carries, and just have it carry a normal weapon, i'm sure it'd be much faster, cheaper to produce and more effective.
