I would take her in a fancy restaurant. Not too expensive but it should still have some class.
I'd then watch her get embarrassed and nervous since she never went to something like that.
When ordering, I'll say something like "Do you have -insert here fancy wine name-?". Of course they'll have it because I would have studied their wine card beforehand.
This would make her even more embarrassed because she'll think I'm a connoisseur while I just picked the fancier looking wine while still being affordable. I'd take great pleasure at seeing her fumbling around while not knowing what to say because she'll be too afraid of showing her rustic side.
Then we'll eat together and she'll be tipsy because she would have drunk one glass of said wine. This will make her less shy and she'll talk using her original accent.
I would then see her to her apartment and help her go to bed because the wine had a too great effect on her. She would fall asleep while I tuck her in and say something with her rustic accent along the line of "thank you for everything kami_sama, I think I love you.".
