Honestly IQ tests don't mean shit so I wouldn't stress it too much.

Lol my friend claims to be 'smart but lazy', but he couldn't even finish HS.
I probably worked 20 hours during my 3 years of high school and still managed to pass with more than OK grades, except in German because no matter how smart you are, no learning the vocabulary will get you rekt.
I know 2 guys who have ~140 IQ. One failed the first year of my uni twice and thus got thew out. The other is in the same year as me, he's pretty smart and good but for things like theoretical math and the like, he's not as strong as one could except (he makes a little bit over average grades). He's really good in other areas but I'd attribute that more to the fact that he's been doing what he's goo at for a very very long time than to his IQ.
So yeah, I don't think IQ is really the main point, it's more your work capacity.
