i installed the horror enb

its not great for my eyes but its very atmospheric and has some nice soundtrack

Loved the atmosphere, the dynamic music was a treat. Actually made me look up mods which would specifically make the game more scary.

But like you say it's not very easy on the eyes, I had to remove it because it got too bothersome to play for longer durations. Washes things out too much.

i took it off since i get like 15 cities in towns sometimes and yeah it takes a while to get used to but i really liked it

uninstalled enb and pilgrim, even toggling effect didnt get the fps back up but somehow removing enb completely did

i dont play at 1080p so it was probably a much heavier hit than it said it would be

its a shame since i really liked it

i kept darkmeat tho and the flashlight mod they recommended me

So if you die, you can lose a whole in-game day of progress.

this wouldnt be a problem if i trusted bethesda games not to crash for no reason

that said my last skyrim setup and this current fallout setup havent had any problems yet, and if they crashed it would be during loading

citiy areas run poorly in my game too, everything else is silky smooth

I did do some ini tweaking and got a performance mod or two which helped a bit though, but some areas like around good neighbour and trinity tower still dips down to like 10 or something

just remove enb completely
