The plastic is a shitty off blue colour so the only thing I can think of is painting it a worn steel colour or doing some crazy random ass colours for some camo.  I have a few different GMs that I have to build up maybe I should paint them in a themed colour.

Just paint it actual white and then break up the whiteness with something darker

Here's what I would do personally, though it requires some masking

Just primed the GM, did you just manually grab a picture off the internet and fill the gaps or does some website that shows stencil gunpla and can pick modeling paint colours exist?

Check the gunpla lineart thread on /m/
You pickout lineart and use the paintbucket tool on paint.

Why does a website not exist that can be used as a colour guide with all the colour palettes of the most common modelling paints exist that allows you to paint directly on the website.  I know some site exists that just has what colours are used in the manual but they should totally expand into something bigger.

Also I never been on /m/ before.

Because no one made it and Paint exists.

I would have to use that dropper or something tool to get the right hue of colour as I use the paint bucket thingy.

Seems the primer will take a whole night to dry so sadly I won't be able to paint anything till next week when I have free time.

The stencil is indeed from that one stencil site linked in the stencil thread on /m/

You can just google the name of the mecha though and stencil to find stuff tho

Why does a website not exist that can be used as a colour guide with all the colour palettes of the most common modelling paints exist

Pretty sure nobody cares enough to do it, it's a pretty big project. Plus because no paint brand carries every single tone you'd ever want, you always have to mix anyway and at that point the site's usefulness becomes so-so though I guess you could have palette options for more common mixes along with the recipes.

Plus if you want to get technical, you can't accurately depict what paints look like on a monitor. You could only have estimates that will be further thrown off by the users' color calibration settings.

I mix all my paints and don't even use the correct modellers paint because it barely matters.  But I guess I'm the only one that sees that useful.  I swear like 60% of modelers don't even try painting more than one colour.
