White people can be enormously cute, of course they don't come from a "culture of cute" that Japan halppens to be (thus are slightly disadvantaged in this regard when it comes to Racial cuteness) but if they follow their own (and not a FOREIGN culture) they can actually manage. Here are a few videos of whites that I consider cute (note: no men because I'm not interested into "cute men", "cute boys" or whatever other slang the Homomafia invents for taking it up the ass): (this one can be considered ugly, except she has a certain je ne sais quois of an average or slightly below average brit that makes her stand out)
(mexican, the really white kind of mexican, thus using white aesthetics)

Of course they can. But they can be very ugly too.
Same goes for all ethnicities.
