I got my glove caught in a roller and it took my finger with it. I'm considering legal action, a guard should've never been removed with out replacing it.

Apparently in this state you can't sue the employer.
"If your employer has workers’ compensation insurance, you generally cannot sue it directly, even if the accident is the employer’s fault" Most web sites I've seen say the same. :angry: I'll probably try getting a lawyer's consultation anyways after my appointment with an orthopedic specialist on friday.
