You shouldn't be loyal to your employer. :table flip:

You're not in a familial or friendship relationship with him. You're in a business relationship. It's not like he makes a sacrifice by giving you a job, he makes money thanks to you. (thus saying he "gave" you a job is maybe not exactly the good word)

So if you think your best interest is to leave him, there's no reason not to. He wouldn't hesitate firing you if the economy asked for it.

Anyway that's how I view it.
Being loyal to a company like the one I work for, is like shooting yourself and the tax payer in the foot.

Literally this. You should always be looking for better opportunities. Your employer is not your friend and the concept of "loyalty" to a company is where employee exploitation comes in.

Employers, by and large, should be scared of their employees.

Sounds like bad bosses to me plus kami wouldn't be someone I employed if you were showing signs like that.

Have fun not hiring anyone with common sense, kike.

Yeah you don't owe your boss any loyalty, but they don't owe you a job, and neither do future bosses.
No boss wants to look at a resume and see someone who quit after a few months like I did with my first and only job

You should always find another job, while still working at your current job. That makes you much more attractive.

I wish I could be buddies with my boss and actually like where I work and feel like I'm valued but capitalism won't let me  :poh:

No, you being a colossal fucking faggot is what won't let you.
I don't want to get into a gommunism vs gapitalism argument.
But I will say I don't see the logic here.
What makes you think a commie society will give you the work you want?
State mandates what labor does. Do you think the workers in Soviet Russia got any choice?
Remember fucking war communism?

>States

Lmao

Communism is not a different option of economy, it's a stage of human history which awaits us in the future, and it's not related to whether you have a state or not

My boss tries to be buddies with everyone but, pretty much throws a tantrum over the dumbest shit and then proceeds to act like nothing happened. As far as I'm concerned, you don't owe any loyalty to your job, just some professionalism while you're there.

I don't understand how anyone can ascribe to communism when every real-life attempt has gone so hellishly awry

In all fairness, those technically weren't communism
Communism implies a magical communal society where we all work together for the sake of the greater communal good.
That's never, ever going to happen though.
And you won't have stateless communism because you still need a government to organise rules and shit.

I know they weren't 'real' communism

But they /attempted/ to be and ended up failing miserably, don't understand why people think it /can/ go any differently until we at least achieve things like post-scarcity.
