I am pleased that you both made your own grind, and added bacon.
I dunno about some of the stuff you infused in the patty, but one thing I like to put on things in general, is chopped onions fried with soup stock powder. They come out pretty greasy, pretty salty, and kinda burnt, but I like them.
I guess beef stock would be best for burgers, but I usually only use chicken stock because it's what's around.
