I fully expect cognitive androids you can marry, nanotechnology that repairs and maintains your physical health, full-immersion virtual reality (your consciousness will be in the vr world), self-driving cars will be more widely used than old school automobiles and much more.
I think that's a bit much. The previous things you mentioned have all been technology that's been well developed for decades and it just got better due to improvements in manufacturing. The only things we will have for sure is self driving vehicles and better health related nanotech.
I think that in our lifetime we're going to experience a massive social shitstorm regarding AI and VR, these things aren't as simple as making the tech and selling it. There's gonna be a tonne of debate regarding laws concerning AI, especially if it gets more and more realistic.
Same with virtual reality, if it gets advanced enough you can bet there's gonna be people out there that would want to limit exposure to it.
