Today I visited one of my grandmother and she made tortilla for dinner. Basically it's an omelette with a lot of potatoes inside. It was very yummy and reminded me of my childhood time.
I think I'll try to visit her more because it was nice seeing her.
I think you have the wrong english word, Kami. A tortilla is the flat bread you use to make burritos. What you're describing sounds like a spanish omlette, which is known as a tortilla des patates, or tortilla espanol in Mexico.
