I drink Queal, it's not as bad as I thought
it's like my 4th week, it's really useful when you just can't be bothered to make food food, is nutritionally balanced and just sates your hunger, and on average cheaper than a regular meal, I still eat a lot of normal food but sometimes it's just really convenient
all these MRPs are pretty much the same in terms of nutrition, I don't think you can really go wrong, Soylent probably has the best formula though
A lot of them have weird names, Mana is the only one that sounds nice, I haven't tried it though
There's Huel, Soylent, Joylent, Super body fuel (which I think has stopped), Keto chow, Jake, and some others I don't remember
