It's from Xinhao. Apparently they're a bootleg company. The box had lots of straight up fan art and was sorta crappy

I wanna get a collection of bootlegs and touch them up, give them a new paint job, tell them that they're just as good as the real thing.
Then I get a bunch of real figs and make them engage in racial warfare with the bootlegs. Give them special stickers and have the real ones bully them. It culminates with a bootleg holocaust in the microwave.
