Tell him to bargain with his relatives if possible, and just in case to check out homeless shelter locations, soup kitchens, etc. Also job listings ASAP
Number one cause of a weeb being kicked out I would guess is not working and mooching forever, and if he at least got an interview his parents might reconsider
