Actually ran into an old coworker when I went for a walk a few days ago and first thing she said after hello was wow you've lost weight.
She asked about my diet and I said I'd just been eating a bit less fat. She didn't believe that was all so I said I'd been eating more vegetables and she thought that sounded better.
Now a lot of people think there's like some kind of voodoo involved with losing a lot of weight rapidly. And I won't deny it.
But want to know the real secret ingredients to showing off them bones the dark lord gave you?
Half a lunch per day, no more, no less, first thing in the morning so you have the whole day to burn it off, and just... absurd amounts of barely sweetened, black coffee so you don't faint from your minuscule calorie intake. Also make sure to sit on your ass as much as possible because too much movement will break you, and avoid sleeping more than 7 hours, because you won't burn fat when sleeping.
EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
Occasionally I'll buy like some ice cream, buy a cheese and some bread, or a chocolate bar or bake something like cookies, but it's never enough to actually meet my required calorie count so I'm still losing weight despite eating more junk than actual food on those days.
Or... maybe I haven't lost weight, and it was just that I wasn't wearing lots of baggy clothing that made her see my true form which surprised her. Oh well.
