I wish we weren't burdened with a finite amount of time.

Neet lyfe is pointless and unfifilling.
Work life is saps your time and energy.
There's no way out. :yay:

Yeah. I don't know how I can help her.
I'll try my best to be a male role model for them.

They are done for. :sad2:

I wish so hard I'd lose 2-3 kg of fat. I'd look normal after that.

Also I just ate banana cake and some chocolate, it was delicious. :sad2:

I did sports during 1h45 today.

Most of it was just me trying not to lose consciousness though ( :sad2: ). The rest was pushing myself to finish the exercises. :poh:

Dude, 2-3kg is nothing. I don't know what you're physical activity level is, but losing weight starts in the kitchen.

Let's assume you lay around like a fatass all the time. Based on height and body fat percentage, you burn 1500 calories (ish) a day. A common weight loss metric is a 500 caloric deficit, so you'll be eating 1000 calories a day. You'll need protein to prevent muscle degredation, vitamin c to prevent scurvy and keep your immune system healthy, and carbs for energy (unless you wanna be a tired lazy NEET, in which case you can probably skip this step.) So, a sample meal would be 2 slices of bread, 5 oranges, and...50 peanuts. On this, you'll be (more or less) healthy, and losing at least a pound a week, and that's on being lazy with no exercise.

Source:I did some research into losing weight once, realized I'd have to do what I just described for something like a year to look good (I'm 5'11 and 180ibs) and that I'm lazy, so I gave up.

EDIT:Also, the both of you quit your bullshit on MUH TABOLISM.

But muh tabolism really does work for me.
I eat nothing but shit and still don't get fat.
And it's not like I get too much exercise either.
What's the reason for that?
Why do some of us get fat on one diet but the other doesn't.

IMO it's just that you eat roughly what you need to maintain your weight. I do so too, because I don't gain weight. The difference would be that one time I over-ate and then didn't under-eat to compensate, while you never over-ate.

I don't know if it makes sense. :relax:

Basically, this. Most people eat what they're comfortable with, so they don't gain or lose weight, then overindulge, even if it's a little, if it isn't compensated for, it adds up.

I see.
So Kami Sama over ate once, and then continued to eat to maintain his weight.

Of course, some people continually eat calorie dense, or excessive amounts of food. The bigger you are, the higher the amount of calories needed to sustain yourself goes. So when you see someone who's 300, 400, 500 ibs...

...yeah.
