Can't think of any that I cried at but I got pretty sappy once You're under arrest was over.

There's 3-4 scenes in 00 that has made me cry, MORE than once
I've cried to so much anime
If it's a good series and has a sad scene, I've probably shed tears
Here's one, though it has zero impact out of context for people who haven't seen NNB I guess

I don't cry even though I want to half the time. It's hard to get me to that tipping point where treats come pouring out. Whole not technically anime, last time I cried was during the Solanin movie ( it was based on a manga). It was when the main character sings her dead boyfriend's song. It was a cathartic moment where she could start moving on. I was bawling.
