I don't think perfume is readily available in Gensokyo, so none. But if she does get some it would probably be from Korindou and so some older brand. So maybe some "old lady" perfume?
I imagine she smells like a perfect mixture of black tea, books, and wood (from working on her dolls).

I've always pictured Alice's place to be rather damp and thus smell of degrading wood and books. She is a youkai after all, and I'd imagine they have different tastes in home environment.

The simplest way to explain "merchandises" (plural) is that it's on the same reason as "fish" vs. "fishes." We use "fishes" when talking of different types of fish in different aquatic environments. In the same vein, we use "merchandises" when talking of different types of them, especially in the context of different retail sectors.
