O shit, you've just been put in charge of an anime company, and you're in the red! How do you jew your way out into the green?
>make mecha anime
>sell model kits
>sell them without the instruction manual, saving 2 dollars per model kit
>call it an innovative three dimensional puzzle
>profit like madmen
-
>find popular, unfinished manga/LN
>Make a 12 episode adaption to profit off of the excitement of the manga/LN without actually having to do the entire story because it's not all done yet
>take all the bucks and never touch it again unless it's popular enough to make more bucks, then make some more episodes/a second season that goes past the point the manga is and ends with a retarded fucking ending
I will exist to anger manga fans
-
>make harem anime with absolutely no substance.
>main selling point are the incredibly lewd scene who are censored by rays of light.
>they aren't censored in the blueray
>also sell pornographic figures of the most popular girls.
I'll be the cancer

Make the 2nd season entirely 3DCG
-
Purchase the exclusive rights to adapt an incredibly popular manga and never do anything with them except drop hints and rumours that it might be happening only to release Pachinko instead.
-
Red is the new black babyyy~

Make an actually good anime a lot of people can enjoy outside niche catering so it sells lots of BD/DVDs

But making things that are actually good is hard.
-
Put so much product placement in every episode, also release a cheap DVD that only contains Eng dubs forcing everyone to buy over priced BDs that has Japanese voices.
To cheap out even more only one voice actor plays all the main roles. The opening and ending are the same song. The anime its self has more still shots that animated scenes which some how makes the series deep.

Also the characters are stick figures
It's a bold and artistic style

curb animator salary again and increase working hours

I don't think they can legally curb salaries any lower.

Hey if they can pay Chinese labours less than two dollars an hour then I think Japan can step up its game.

We need to go deeper.
Anime studios need to lobby the goverment for cheaper labor laws.

Half the wages and the animators have to make the rest up in tips.

Pay the animators a set amount per disc sale that doesn't scale with the price of the disk.
Then jack up the prices of the bds.
