They're not entirely inaccurate but this one is definitely not the most accurate. Personality Type Tests are generally accurate.

This is generally 100% accurate (cause it's done by an organizations whose purpose is literally to study personality types). Unfortunately the site seems to be down right now but definitely check back later cause it goes into crazy detail on each personality type which is awesome.
