Still recovering. It's a huge pain to read (and write), I'll be back to funposting when I'm better.
The GOD DAMN PAIN KILLERS didn't work so I ended up in the emergency room shortly after getting back home after the surgery. Never experienced pain like that. I was shaking uncontrollably and could only muster a couple of words without slurring or forgetting what I'm meant to be saying or doing. Barely managed a wobble to walk. And of course, I could barely see, when I managed to force open my 'good' eye. Went legit crazy after a while.
And in the end when it was my turn to get help they only gave me enough drugs to last the night and sent me on my way. Luckily it wasn't as bad after I woke up (15 hours~ later) but I still felt like someone needed to die for my continued misery. I've had to use non-prescription pain killers and an ice pack to manage. Barely does anything, but it's been better than nothing.
