Saya no Utas ost is pretty cool. In like a noise coreish sorta way. It's very cerebral sounding.

I'm surprised to hear that 00s soundtrack was done by Patlabor guy. Did he just do the tv series, or the ovas too?

I guess these sound sorta simmilar. I love Patlabors ost too, but it's not something I'd listen to while walking around. I love how it sounds like something from a cheesy cop show though.
