GOODNESS GRACIOUS I have not been here in over a year (probably a lot more, I don't into the passage of time anymore) and there are actually posts from 2020! I don't know if to be happy, sad, in awe or terrified.

What is everyone up to? Life treating you well? NEETing? Working? Studying?

I've had a rollercoaster of a time, mostly work related. Started last year by breaking a leg in a traffic accident, that sucked. Then promtly worked a shit ton of overtime for half a year. But got promoted, twice.  :omg:

Also got invited as a guest of honor to the nation's most popular sporting event, because of the stuff I've done for them through my job. Buuut my leg was still broken at that point so I couldn't go. (Probably for the best, don't think there would be many nerds there to talk to)  :heh:

Rode on an airplane for the first time, business trip to England. It rains a lot there, who knew! Didn't really get to do much non-work stuff, but I went to China Town and had dinner with colleagues. Then I went back there just a month ago, actually managed to get myself to a pub this time! ...I like the "english pub" I've been to a few times here in sweden better  :sparkle:

There was an Egyptian exhibit at the British Museum I wanted to go to real bad though but couldn't fit in my schedule. Still a bit upset.

Haven't watched anime in like all this time I've been gone. Did see a few of TV shows I think. Altered Carbon was great. ...God there's not much time left over when you're a working lad. Got a few games, but the only one I played properly was Kingmaker me thinks. I have 200-300 hours in that.

That's all I guess

 :eee:

I still read manga like daily though, not going full normalfag any time soon

Thats pretty good, i was around there as well for my orm but I lost a lot of gains when I decided to focus on exams last semester. Do you take any particular proteins to help with breaking the plateaus? Ive been taking this blend thats supposed to be a non-stim pre workout and its been doing wonders for me

How have your eyes been? I remember a while ago you were issues with overexerting them.

Was in a car, in the passenger seat, shopping with my brother. We were exiting a parking lot out unto the highway when we got it by a speeding car. Jesus I actually saw the headlights right as it came down on us in my peripheral and had one of those, time freezes moments and you're just "guess that's it". Blacked out and awoke, still in the car, looking at the opposite direction we were going, sitting in wrong lane. We'd spun around quite a bit...  :owo:

Front of the car was obliterated, we were hit on the driver's side and like a few milliseconds away from my bro getting crushed like soda can. Yet... he was completely unscathed. Because I had reacted my body apparently tensed up and absorbed the force through the leg.

wb Mingu!

I graduated from my university and started to work as a software engineer. Work is ok I guess. I wish I could work  80% and be paid more but honestly I have nothing to complain about. Moved out of my parent's place and into a new city also!

I think my life is ok currently. I want it to be better though, hopefully I'll manage!

Woah strong. Do you do 5x5 or stronglift by any chance?

Mingu! You were trying to cross the border, right?

The lifeblood of API.  When you disappeared I was always wondering if you like passed away or something and that API would disappear once the server fees defaulted.  I had left the API life behind when it was slowly dying off and completely lost interest in things like anime and the whole culture aspect.

But who can resist the beloved Island goddess  :sparkle:

Hehe... here's some funny info, the login info for the hosting service api uses? It's completely lost to the ages, including what email was used to sign up for it. Currently I have a paypal subscription going for it but if that ever stops working this place DIES  :owo:

I actually just got a new credit card as my old one is expiring, so I started looking through all my subscriptions and stuff to update payment information. And I almost panicked when I realized the API account info was lost, until I remembered I had it going through paypal. It's why I'm posting right now actually, had to check in to see things haven't died while I've been lazy about updating my card info in paypal not knowing this is actually the month the api yearly fee is charged
