Without new blood we have nothing much to talk about. I been more active now than in the past 5 years but it looks like to me I'm just gaining weight rather than losing. Uuu been trying to start some jogs after work but my legs are always screwed from standing all day with no breaks to sit. Might have to stick to just playing tennis till my body can handle more.
