Last I checked Soylent wasn't available in Europe.

But there's this knock off product called 'Jake'

I thought about trying it out but it's kinda expensive when you're spending so much on figs and stuff...

I drink Queal, it's not as bad as I thought

it's like my 4th week, it's really useful when you just can't be bothered to make food food, is nutritionally balanced and just sates your hunger, and on average cheaper than a regular meal, I still eat a lot of normal food but sometimes it's just really convenient

all these MRPs are pretty much the same in terms of nutrition, I don't think you can really go wrong, Soylent probably has the best formula though

A lot of them have weird names, Mana is the only one that sounds nice, I haven't tried it though

There's Huel, Soylent, Joylent, Super body fuel (which I think has stopped), Keto chow, Jake, and some others I don't remember

you should try the taster pack first, there are a lot of MRP options out there so you just want to see if you like it

I haven't had a day where it's all I've eaten, but most of the time it's 1 a day, 2 at most
