Well apparently, in her opinion at least, I've been really sick these last few months (including tinnitus of all things) and to a lesser degree over a year now (swollen throat, difficulty breathing), because of, no allergy, no weird virus, but... *drumroll*
Anxiety
That sounds about right. I have suffered from tinnitus and assorted stomach troubles due to anxiety this year. I got on antianxiety medicine and put a prolonged effort towards removing my stressors and now my stomach is okay. Still hear an annoying whistling sound on rougher days, but I manage.
It might not be easy but I am sure that the things you're going through can be resolved. Ganbare.
