No.  Don't matter how much money I save via doing way more than I am meant to I wouldn't even expect a bonus. Jobs I do thats not part of my description include keeping the webstore and website running, keeping orders in stock and reordering when needed.  Sending shipments receiving shipments, being a salesmen on the floor, fixing all the shitty computers, cleaning toilets, emptying the public rubbish bins in the area. Doing all the financial monitoring/accounting, putting stockout, adding stock to the system etc etc

I just do it all because why pay for an accountant when I picked it up after week, why pay for someone to look after the webstore/site when I already have the skills to do it, why pay someone to clean the stores when I can do it, why pay for someone to fix all the computer related problems when I can do it and so forward.  I'm someone that doesn't work well in a team because I don't think people are up to the job most of the time.
