Not sure if it's the meds or just time away from The churches / people that ruined my self worth. Nothing's really changed apart from that, I'm still at this dead end job in this dead end town. I've graduated in February and started working at a GPS company as an engineer. Life's comfy but I wish I could work part-time for more free time.

God. You people are getting invited to national events and working for FAANG companies and shit and I'm still stuck in uni, barely able to get an internship.

How do I be good at the technology?

I think that scoring a (good) internship is the hard part honestly, you don't have to be "good", just "good enough" to get inside the door. Hell my credentials were ATROCIOUS and I'm certainly unable to pull any kind of "diversity card" to get ahead in line.

If web dev is the path you want to take, I could list what I knew and what kind of process I had to go through to get here?
