I finished my internship in july and I'm still jobless
I've got friends who say they got reccomended from their internship straight into a real job but I wasn't so lucky, when I was done with it my boss just gave me a hug and said "take care and good luck out there my dude :^)"
When I finished my internship,my boss said to me, "we don't have any real positions open right now, but if you want to keep coming in like this we'll let you work in an unpaid position for experience!" with complete sincerity
Every time I reflect on that situation I find a new way to interpret his words. It was generous, ignorant, scheming, and helpful, a,mong many more adjectives.
Anyway, my advice is to be doing something at least joblike while youre between your internship and your job! Good luck ~
