image quality too low to see hair really. Though I'd say def trim up the facial hair into something. Facial hair isn't bad but it need to look like more than just not shaving for a while to look nice. I'd also say get some better glasses. Glasses can make a hug difference and I'm not just saying get different ones to be "hip" but different styles and shapes and colors, etc. will look better on different people based on your head shape, size, etc. so I'd suggest messing around with different styles when you get new ones.
