The thing that bother me the most with work and the like are the relatively rigid times where you have to be present.

I couldn't sleep

Just laid in bed and ended up having a borderline panic attack as I started thinking about my future and what I've been doing since uni and about my future

I was sweating, felt like my heart was a drum, for hours, like, I almost called 911

I haven't felt this terrible in years

Sometimes I forget what a nervous, stupid and anxious mess I am  :sad:
