I don't own a switch but was really tempted because of Animal Crossing but the normal switch and the lite version just felt too much for mostly only wanting to play one game on.  The closest game that I've played like it was that Stardew valley game which I enjoyed for its relaxing feels.

Not sure why maybe my internet but none of the images loaded.  The creative side of the game with designing your own clothes did strike my fancy.
