It's really bad. You win if you have over 200 cards left in your deck at the start of your turn.
You caaaan make it work decently but it's a very slow, fragile, all eggs in one basket kind of deal.
(For one, just imagine the odds of drawing that card in a deck of, say 250 cards, even if you have the maximum allowed 4 copies of it, then having your opponent just sit there and do nothing to counter it, especially when your huge deck made it obvious from before the game even began what you're trying to play giving your opponent the whole game up until you play the card to prepare)
