Does excessive milk give you kidney stones?

Holy crap, I've always heard dairy products cause kidney stones

But I googled it just now before I say something wrong on the internet (kek) and...

It actually helps prevent kidney stones. At least, according to "The National Kidney Foundation" while other pages say it doesn't really do anything.

anyone else find themselves becoming an old man in their early 20s

I never nap, but I realized today I can't keep doing the shit I did when I was a kid.

I'm lactose intolerant but pretty much my whole I've just said fuck it and had dairy on occasion anyway cause it's good and at worst I'd get a little stomach ache and take a big shit then I'd be fine.

Well today my withering old body decided it had had enough. I had a single mug of chocolate milk and within minutes was on the toilet on the verge of vomiting.

I've decided to take a short (or maybe permanent) break from most dairy. First I gave up soda and caffeine, now dairy. I'm starting exercising tomorrow, time to get all around healthy! Things will get better from here on and before long I'll be slender and cute!

一生懸命がんばる!

why don't you try that lactose free chocolate or lactose free milk

not sure how different it tastes

I know lactose intolerant people can have it if theyre not allergic to dairy as a whole since its just the lactose theyre intolerant to, if it doesn't give you any problems it would be good

lactose free milk and soy milk aren't very good. But I'll give them another shot I guess.
