Not to toot my own horn TOOT TOOT but I'd say I'm pretty good at relationships.
Based on what little info I have I'd say wait and then initiate. If it's been a little while feel free,but most definitely make sure it's natural. For example instead of being like "hey what about THIS THING?!" which screams desperate, find something about one of the things you already knows she likes to kickstart the next conversation before introducing new content. Obviously make sure you word it in a way so it comes across as something you would naturally think of throughout your day after seeing something, for example, so it doesn't seem like "REMEMBER THAT THING YOU LIKE?!"
Also I suppose you can afford to be a tad more forward than with face to face stuff since Tinder is a site completely made for hooking up so you both know why you're there. Obviously every girl is different so these aren't absolutes. This is just my input, results may vary.
