Real Love Real Live
A documentary style anime that follows the lives of fictional idols, following the ups and downs of their careers.
Examines the differences between the idols personal lives, and their cutesy, outwards appearance.
The second cour follows the life of an idol obsessed otaku.

I want a rally anime preferably with cute girls. The plot being they're in a race team and traveling around the world for various races. The driver is an irresponsible drunk who's ridiculously skilled, and the meek co driver is responsible for keeping the driver out of trouble. They end up getting into their fair share of shenanigans when ever they go to a new course.
